Job description

The AVP – Marketing Sourcing will oversee and manage the operational support, governance, and performance tracking of procurement activities related to Managed Services and/or Manpower Supply Management. This includes the Contact Center, Stores / Walk-In Center, Collection, Facility Services (Security & General Service), Telesales, Sales, Customer Operations, Office & Business Support, and other Facility or General Service requirements. The role ensures efficient execution of sourcing strategies, compliance with procurement policies, and timely delivery of procurement operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination and analytical skills, with experience in managing service providers and supporting strategic objectives through data-driven insights and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate vendors for Managed Services & Support of Marketing Services (Managed Services & Support for Strategic Sourcing of Marketing Services, etc.).
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve cost savings and value.
  • Ensure contracts comply with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to align procurement with business needs.
  • Commun procurement outcomes and recommendations.
  • Monitor and optimize procurement processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing and procurement.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with budget constraints.
  • Track and report cost savings and ROI.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related analytical or technical fields.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus
Related Experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably within marketing services.
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing high-value vendor relationships.
  • Experience in marketing services procurement (e.g., managed service – BPO, outsourcing, facility management, general service, etc.)
