Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least 2 shipped multiplayer titles.
• Strong experience in Unity/Unreal with a deep understanding of engine loops.
• Ability to work with native code (C++, Java, Objective-C/Swift).
• Familiarity with networking, backend systems, matchmaking, and server orchestration.
• Experience optimizing games for mobile hardware.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap of the game.
• Lead engineering efforts across gameplay systems, networking, backend, and tools.
• Oversee backend and server orchestration.
• Drive performance optimization across mobile devices.
• Ensure smooth Unity-native code integration.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and maintain technical excellence.
• Mentor and guide engineers.
• Collaborate with design, art, and production.

Skills
