Job Description

1. Responsible for monthly financial statement closing in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Perform reconciliation, verify discrepancies, and resolve settlement issues with third parties.
3. Maintain financial account balances and movements, and support financial audits.
4. Analyze monthly financial fluctuations.
5. Collaborate across departments to gain insights, and address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
6. Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation opportunities.
7. Perform ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
2. At least 3 years of experience in audit, finance, or accounting.
3. Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
4. Experience with general ledger systems; Oracle is preferred.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
6. Proficient in Excel, with strong written and oral communication skills in English.
7. Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
9. Detail-oriented, proactive, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
