Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
Supervise the team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
Support staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to maintain service and food quality standards.
Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
