About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our thriving team at PT Cloudpath Trading Indonesia. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive‑level operations and providing high‑quality administrative assistance. This is a contract position based in the heart of Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and file management
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and correspondence
  • Assisting with project coordination and ensuring the timely completion of tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Leveraging your Mandarin language skills to facilitate communication and collaboration with our international partners
What we’re looking for
  • At least 3 years of experience as an assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented approach to work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels
