Our Clients are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant Manager to support our growing F&B operations across Indonesia. This position will play a key role in supporting Finance Manager / Financial Controller in overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the strategic growth of our finance function in a dynamic, high-volume retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Controller in overseeing and managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports and analyze the financial performance, identify trends, cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable insight to Financial Controller.
- Receive, review, and analyze payment reports, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) turnover.
- Coordinate month-end closing processes in Finance department include to monitor and ensure that all cash flow operations are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
- Support cash flow monitoring and treasury operations.
- Liaise with other departments & external parties, in relation with Finance activities: auditors, tax consultant, bank, creditor (if any) and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Analyze gaps in internal control and develop appropriate/relevant policies and procedures to address them.
- Lead, supervise and mentoring team / subordinates, include to provide guidance in identifying, validating and solving any issue in Finance department.
Requirement and Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance role/function, including financial model (preferred), cash flow projection, managing daily/weekly/monthly cash flow and financial ratio analysis.
- Experience in F&B industry with 10+ outlets is highly preferred.
- Familiar with internet banking payment process.
- Advanced literacy in Ms.Excel, mainly to compile high-volume financial data.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting journal entries and their implications on financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
