About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at PT MULIA DAYA LESTARI. This full‑time position is based in Jakarta Utara and will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operations of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting the General Manager with the day‑to‑day management and coordination of the business unit
  • Providing strategic input and support in decision‑making processes
  • Managing and overseeing various administrative and operational tasks
  • Serving as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin, both verbal and written; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role
