Assembly Assistant Manager/ Senior Supervisor

• Supervise and implement quality control procedures and documents for the entire product assembly process from material requisition to finished product warehousing.
• Train and standardize subordinates to establish correct quality awareness.
• Develop and implement the quality requirements of customers and products.
• Promote the solution of quality anomalies in the assembly process.
• Promote continuous improvement, achieve quality KPI, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement plans and measures to improve production efficiency.
• Promote continuous improvement, achieve production efficiency KPI and reduce cost.
• Conduct work guidance, training and assessment for employees to improve work quality.
• Responsible for production materials, equipment, EHS, 5S management.
• Responsible for implementing production plan and meeting delivery date.
• Responsible for following up the trial production of new products and the solution and implementation of trial production problems.
• Responsible for promoting continuous improvement and reducing production costs.
• Improve and supervise the implementation of various management systems of the department.
• Implement and comply with the requirements of the company, comply with the rules and regulations of the company.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, such as temporary production supervisor.
