Job Overview

Manage and supervise dealer sales performance across Cirebon and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to provide product training, sales support and performance evaluations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities and develop area‑specific strategies and insights for Cirebon.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and product launches within the area.
• Support opening of new dealers or branches in Cirebon, including coordination, site surveys and operational readiness.
• Prepare and present reports on sales progress, dealer performance and market conditions to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
• Maintain strong collaboration with dealer sales teams, field sales teams and marketing teams.
• Provide coaching, motivation and capability development for the dealer network.
• Be willing to conduct business trips to other cities across Cirebon as required.
• Travel extensively within Cirebon; holding a valid SIM A is preferred.
