Qualifications:

1. Experience as an Multiple/Area General Manager with a luxury resort brand in APEC.
2. Bachelor's Degree or Masters with a concentration in Business or related field or full hospitality professional qualification.
3. Excellent command of the English language.
4. Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication.
5. Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
6. In possession of strong partnering skills, clear vision, strategic planner and problem solver.
7. Highly customer oriented and result driven.
8. Strong sense of commitment and unquestionable integrity.
9. Thorough understanding of business and finance.
10. Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
