Job summary

A leading financial group in Jakarta is looking for a candidate to support the Department Head in executing and monitoring strategic business planning, enhancing banking products, and managing stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing policies and marketing strategies while driving process improvements within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
• Support to develop initiatives to drive process improvement / efficiency.
• Support to develop banking products and services.
• Develop business promotion strategy to maintain the Bank's existing corporate customers.
• Develop marketing plan and loan/deposit campaign in line with corporate strategy.
• Manage collaboration/strategic alliance with other parties.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
• Develop plan of branch-wide events including seminars and marketing activities strategy.

Purpose of the

Support Department Head to execute and monitor Global Corporate strategic business planning, such as monitoring and projecting Bank's profit and expense from marketing activities as well as initiating funding / lending strategy when needed. Also, support relevant departments in the development of managing collaboration projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
• Support to develop initiatives to drive process improvement / efficiency.
• Support to develop banking products and services.
• Develop business promotion strategy to maintain the Bank's existing corporate customers and achieve new ones in line with corporate strategy.
• Develop marketing plan and loan/deposit campaign in accordance with Global Corporate's target.
• Manage collaboration/ strategic alliance with other parties (internal/external) to support the business plan, collaboration projects and portfolios - growth include providing updates in business - opportunity from articles, markets, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
• Develop plan of branch-wide events such as including but not limited to seminars and marketing activities strategy.
