Alumni and Career (ACE) Officer is responsible for supporting ACE Manager in building and maintaining strategic and strong relationships with alumni and corporate partners to advance the mission of the institution. The main role of this position is to execute engagement activities, coordinating events, managing communication efforts, maintaining records and documentation, and ensuring administrative efficiency across all ACE functions.
Job Descriptions:
- Support ACE Manager in implementing strategies to strengthen alumni and corporate engagement
- Coordinate and execute engagement activities such as networking sessions, workshops, reunions, and career events
- Manage event logistics, including planning, scheduling, registration, materials, and follow-up
- Develop and manage communications with alumni and corporate partners through emails, newsletters, and social media
- Maintain accurate alumni and corporate partner databases to support networking and collaboration opportunities
- Collect, analyze, and report alumni and user surveys to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports, records, and documentation of events, activities, and partnerships for monitoring and evaluation
- Ensure administrative efficiency by managing schedules, budgets, correspondence, and program paperwork
- Assist in building partnerships for internships, job placements, and collaborative projects with corporate partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback, suggesting innovative engagement strategies, and supporting new ACE initiatives
Qualification:
- Bachelor's from any major
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with alumni, employers, students, and internal teams
- Problem-solving ability and initiative in task execution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and positive demeanor, representing the institution well in external interactions
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
