Airport Operations Executive

We are seeking an Airport Operations Executive to join our global family. The Airport Operations Executive is the first person our customer sees and plays an instrumental role in creating a positive customer experience. The Airport Operations Executive must ensure that guests are met on arrival at the airport and seen off on departure in a warm, sincere, and upbeat manner.

They must also ensure a smooth transition to Drivers, handle operational issues, and continually provide feedback on risks and improvements to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an amazing Meet and Greet experience at airports through punctuality, personalized service, and professional appearance in Discova-branded materials.
• Complete arrival and departure customer reports and submit them to Operations daily.
• Ensure Welcome Information is provided to customers, and that contact info is retrieved from any customers without an IDS Host.
• Organize all banners for private and concierge services throughout the day.
• Ensure that services with specific amenities are identified and that the amenities are ready for the passenger’s arrival time (including specific food and beverage, car seats, disabled services, etc.)
• Keep track of actual flight arrival and departure times.
• Effectively cooperate with Drivers, Guides and Fleet Team to ensure smooth airport operations and overall service improvements.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Fluent in national local language and English.
• Experience working in in-destination airport logistics is an advantage.
