1. Menjawab telepon pelanggan secara profesional dan menanggapi pertanyaan serta keluhan pelanggan.

2. Meneliti informasi yang dibutuhkan menggunakan sumber daya yang tersedia.

3. Menangani dan menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan terkait penjualan produk hingga masalah layanan pelanggan.

4. Memberikan informasi layanan dan produk perusahaan kepada pelanggan.

5. Memproses formulir, pesanan, dan aplikasi yang diminta oleh pelanggan.

6. Mengidentifikasi, mengeskalasi masalah prioritas, dan melaporkannya kepada manajemen tingkat tinggi. Mengarahkan panggilan masuk ke sumber daya yang sesuai.
