We are looking for an Affiliate Content & Team Lead to manage and grow our affiliate content team. This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and optimizing high-performing product content across multiple platforms to drive affiliate sales.

You will oversee content production, guide creators, and ensure all videos and copy are creative, persuasive, and aligned with brand goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the affiliate content team (content creators, editors, admins).
• Plan and execute daily/weekly content strategies for affiliate products.
• Create and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Write creative, persuasive product copy (hooks, captions, CTAs).
• Ensure content follows platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Monitor content performance and optimize for conversion and engagement.
• Brainstorm new content ideas, angles, and storytelling styles.
• Maintain brand consistency across all affiliate content.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or content creation.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.
• Able to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
• Results-oriented and understands content that drives sales, not just views.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing an affiliate or creator team.
• Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, GMV).
• Knowledge of trending content formats and viral hooks.
