Job description

We are seeking a Activity Supervisor to lead, manage, and elevate all activity programs at EIGER Adventure Land. This role oversees a wide range of experiences including sports, trekking, animal feeding, educational sessions, and interactive entertainment to ensure every activity is safe, engaging, and aligned with the park’s Meaningful Adventure concept.

Job Description

Lead and supervise Adventure Guides and other activity staff in the execution of daily programs.

Design, develop, and implement educational, safe, and engaging activities for guests.

Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents or incidents.

Ensure every guest receives an optimal, enjoyable, and memorable experience throughout all activities.

Coordinate with the Attraction Manager, Engineering, and other operational teams to support seamless activity operations.

Job Requirements

Minimum education D3/S1 in Tourism, Hospitality, Sports, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in managing outdoor programs, recreational activities, or tourism activities, including team leadership experience.

Strong understanding of activity planning and execution, risk management, and safety procedures.

Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and highly focused on delivering an excellent Guest Experience.

Willing to work outdoors, in shifts, on weekends, and in dynamic field conditions.
