PT Sedaap Sejahtera Bersama (SSB Hj. Hesti) is on an ambitious journey to expand from 75+ outlets to 200 outlets across Indonesia and spread its wings to 5 countries. With this growth, we need a strong Accounting Manager to ensure that all our financial operations run compliantly, efficiently, and provide accurate data for strategic decision‑making.
Role Description
This is a full‑time role for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, and managing fixed asset records. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is an on‑site role based in Central Java, Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and ability to prepare and interpret them
- Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing financial data and identifying trends
- Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger processes
- Knowledge of Finance and Fixed Assets management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in an accounting managerial role is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Design, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems to protect assets and ensure reporting accuracy at Head Office and Outlets.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team to achieve optimal efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with the IT team to optimise the use of the ERP/Accounting system and its integration with the outlet POS system.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- Accounting Certification or Tax Brevet (A/B) is an added value.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 3 years of managerial experience supervising a team.
- Critical experience working in a company with high transaction volumes and multi-site operations (preferably in the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industries).
- In-depth understanding and application of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
Required Skills
- Consolidated Accounting: Strong ability to prepare consolidated financial statements from multiple entities/branches.
- ERP Systems: Proficient experience using leading Accounting ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Tax Compliance: Excellent knowledge and experience in VAT, corporate income tax, and other tax compliance matters.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyse complex financial data from various sources and present it in an easy‑to‑understand format.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and developing an efficient and accurate accounting team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in implementing or migrating Accounting/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in costing modelling and analysis in the F&B/Manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems commonly used in F&B.
