A leading Indonesian company based in Jakarta is seeking an Accounting & Admin Assistant and HR. This role encompasses handling routine accounting tasks, managing payroll, and executing submissions related to taxes and social security according to local regulations. Candidates with basic knowledge in accounting and proficiency in either English or Japanese will be preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this role.
This role is responsible for handling routine accounting, tax, labor, and administrative tasks in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
The position requires timely execution of monthly and periodic submissions related to payroll, taxation, social security, financial reports, and visa/work permit matters, in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
