Job summary

A leading Indonesian company based in Jakarta is seeking an Accounting & Admin Assistant and HR. This role encompasses handling routine accounting tasks, managing payroll, and executing submissions related to taxes and social security according to local regulations. Candidates with basic knowledge in accounting and proficiency in either English or Japanese will be preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting and administrative procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English or Japanese.

Responsibilities

  • Submit monthly income tax and VAT reports.
  • Manage monthly health insurance submissions.
  • Process payroll and prepare payroll reports.
  • Create invoices and manage financial documents.
  • Prepare financial reports including bank and cash reports.
  • Support visa applications and work permit processes.
  • Assist in the submission of investment activity reports.
  • Translate and submit various administrative documents.

About the job Accounting & Admin Assistant and HR

This role is responsible for handling routine accounting, tax, labor, and administrative tasks in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

The position requires timely execution of monthly and periodic submissions related to payroll, taxation, social security, financial reports, and visa/work permit matters, in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit monthly PPH (Income Tax), VAT/PPN (Value Added Tax) reports
  • Manage monthly BPJS (Social & Health Insurance) submissions
  • Process payroll, prepare payroll reports, and issue payment vouchers
  • Create invoices, debit notes, and manage Faktur Pajak
  • Prepare financial reports including bank/cash reports and monthly summaries
  • Support visa applications/extensions and work permit processes in coordination with third-party agencies
  • Assist in the submission of LKPM (Investment Activity Report) quarterly
  • Translate, prepare, and submit various administrative documents as required

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures (experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in English OR Japanese
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills
