About The Role We are looking for talented individuals to join our team based looking after Small & Medium size businesses (SMB). You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide marketing and advertising consultation to small and medium businesses to maximize their revenue on TikTok advertising platform
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to clients.
  • Monitor, analyse and explore new revenue opportunities for clients via TikTok Advertising Solutions
  • Create optimization strategies for clients.
  • Advertising performance recommendations (bidding,budget,targeting, etc)
  • Help clients identify and build strong value propositions on TikTok advertising platform
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders (Ads Policy, Finance, Product, etc.)

The strategies can include: TikTok Creative tips and best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High oral and written fluency in English
  • Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with revenue targets in a fast paced, client-facing environment
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, knowledge of the local market SMB landscape is a plus
