Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand their specific HR needs and tailor solutions that foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Conduct talent assessments and utilize data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition strategies, enhancing our recruitment processes to appeal to former product managers and engineers.
  • Facilitate engagement initiatives that build a supportive community for tech employees, focusing on career development, mentoring, and skill enhancement.
  • Support leadership in performance evaluation processes, providing tools and frameworks that align with technical roles and reward exceptional contributions.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives that empower technical employees, encouraging a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving business landscapes.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback, analyze trends, and implement changes that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines
  • A background in product management or engineering is preferred.
  • Experience working in technology, fintech, or similar industries preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to build interpersonal relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable HR strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing talent acquisition processes, especially tailored for technical roles.

  • Keen understanding of performance management and employee engagement best practices.
