A community-focused mental health organization in Oxford is seeking a Wellbeing Worker to support individuals with mental health issues. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health needs, possess excellent listening skills, and have experience in wellbeing services. A permanent role offering 30 hours per week with potential for hybrid work. Apply by providing evidence of your skills and experience to match the essential requirements.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £21,089.18 - £22,697.03 (FTE £26,010 - £27,993) Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge
Contract: Permanent
Base: Oxford City and the ability to work from home when doing advice and guidance sessions (once trained)
