The role supports students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those who display challenging behaviour. Previous experience working with young people with SEMH needs is essential, and experience supporting pupils who present challenging behaviour or who may be difficult to engage is highly desirable.
Support students with SEMH needs in both an outreach and school‑based setting, including those who display challenging behaviour. Work with a structured support programme to help students achieve their full potential and work in a positive team environment.
