Purpose:

To lead multichannel merchandise planning, manage inventory, and drive strategic initiatives to maximize sales and margin performance across core and outlet categories.

Hybrid: 3 days in central London office / 2 days from home

7 month maternity cover - until Jan 2026

Accountabilities:

• Multichannel inventory planning and management.
• Full Ownership of Outlet category. Strategy, Forecast & Inventory.
• Lead Monday trade, presenting to key stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with Key Stakeholders outside of the day-to-day team.

Requirements:

• A Minimum of 5 years of merchandise experience – within Ecommerce Fashion / Clothing.
• Highly proficient in Excel, with experience in other Key Office programs.
• Highly attentive and has an eye for detail.
• Proactive as well as reactive.
• Approachable and friendly - working well in a team.
• Annual leave entitlement – 25 days FTE paid holiday + any bank/public holidays.
• Birthday Leave – Paid day off for birthday to be taken within 30-day time frame.
• Early finish Friday – Early finish on Fridays at 3pm (or another agreed day).
• Core Hours – Core hours are from 10:00am – 4:30pm.
