TVF Media, a world‑leading independent distributor of factual and documentary content, is looking for a creative and ambitious AI Media Trainee to join our growing production team.

Based in central London, TVF Digital and Online Post Production deliver high‑profile campaigns across broadcast media, film, publishing, arts, and healthcare. We create integrated digital content that inspires, informs, and delivers real results. As part of the TVF Media group, we have worked at the forefront of new media for more than 15 years with clients including BBC, Channel 4, Discovery, Sky, Ogilvy, and McCann. TVF is now expanding our independent productions division, following our four‑part documentary series which launched on Channel 4 in mid‑October.

In this exciting role, you’ll be part of a team pioneering new approaches to documentary production, combining location footage with AI‑generated content to push the boundaries of storytelling. You’ll experiment with the latest AI tools to explore their creative potential and help shape the future of visual content.

• Research and test emerging AI software to identify new ways of producing high‑quality visual material and innovate our filmmaking techniques.
• Incorporate AI‑generated imagery and video into long‑form documentaries.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and designers to bring new visual concepts to life.

• A proactive, creative thinker with strong video editing skills and an enthusiasm for storytelling.
• A strong academic background (2:1 or above from a top university)
• Knowledge of and a deep interest in the fast‑changing world of AI media creation.
• Experience using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, OpenArt, Sora, or Seedance is an advantage.
• Experience creating your own short films or digital projects would be ideal.
