A leading defense and aerospace company in the United Kingdom is seeking a candidate to lead and drive the support technology strategy, engaging with customers and technologists. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, experience in proposal development, and the ability to work collaboratively with external partners. Salary starts at £56,766, with a competitive benefits package including a pension scheme and health benefits.
Many roles at BAE Systems are subject to both security and export control restrictions. These restrictions can limit eligibility based on nationality, former nationalities, and place of birth. All applicants must at a minimum achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Some roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, typically 5 to 10 years of continuous UK residency.
