Responsibilities

• Work without direct supervision to undertake statutory duties on behalf of the Health Board.
• Work in partnership with the child's family and agencies to produce a child's plan.
• Take responsibility for maintaining clinical, staff and information governance.
• Provide a child-centred Public Health programme to children, families and communities.
• Use skills such as motivational interviewing as part of quality assurance.
• Plan, organise and prioritise own workload, clinics and meetings.
• Lead contributions to strategies addressing individual and community needs.
• Undertake assessments using recognised acuity tools for safe staffing.
• Participate and chair Health Visiting Forums and team meetings.
