Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Southend-on-Sea is looking for a passionate Chemotherapy Nurse to support cancer patients undergoing systemic anti-cancer therapy. The role involves developing clinical expertise in chemotherapy delivery through competency-based training and maintaining high standards of nursing care. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in cancer care and a registered nurse qualification. This position also offers academic opportunities for professional development and has a closing date of 31 Dec 2025.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience caring for patients with cancer in a general setting.
- Enthusiastic registered nurse willing to develop in Oncology/Chemotherapy/SACT.
Responsibilities
- Support patients receiving systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT).
- Develop clinical expertise in chemotherapy delivery.
- Deliver high standards of nursing and supportive care to patients.
