• Create best in class visuals across brand development and marketing initiatives
• Participate in team ideation and planning
• Provide multimedia design support across campaigns
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals with a focus on typography, layout, and motion
• Strong understanding of art and design disciplines and their workflows
• Be able to deliver feedback across all creative and art disciplines effectively
• Plan with teams, set expectations for development and workflow from ideation to final delivery

• Minimum 5+ years experience
• Proven experience designing and developing brands and campaigns
• Working knowledge of creating motion graphics in After Effects
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AE, and other visual creation tools

• Experience as a Visual Designer at a game studio or agency
• Experience in world-building for games, film, or animation
• Experience with Unity, 3D software, illustration or matte painting tools
