Working for the Chief Executive, you will provide critical, professional, and effective personal support. As their right-hand person, you should be confident in:
No two days are the same, so adaptability is key. The role is varied, challenging, and at times fast-paced. Based in Exeter, you will work closely with the Police and Crime Commissioner, senior policing roles, and partners across Devon, Cornwall, and the Isles of Scilly.
Applicants from similar environments should demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills, diplomacy, negotiation, and emotional intelligence. Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential. You should be highly proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
