Senior IT Support Engineer – MSP – £48K East Midlands – office based role
Are you an experienced IT Support professional seeking a challenging role with growth potential? We’re looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join this thriving MSP.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in client-facing 3rd line IT support
* Proficiency in Windows Server 2008-2022, Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure AD
* Strong networking and firewall knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to work on-site as needed (minimal overnight stays)
Desirable Skills:
* VMWare
* Cisco networking
* PowerShell scripting
* Power BI / Reporting
Your Role:
* Provide technical expertise across multiple environments
* Design and implement new solutions
* Manage IT assets and documentation
* Contribute to resource planning and performance monitoring
* Build strong client relationships
* Serve as an escalation point for support calls
