A leading educational institution in London is seeking an Admissions Tutor for the School of Business. This role involves conducting structured online meetings with applicants, assessing their academic readiness, and ensuring compliance with admissions standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and strong communication skills. A focus on diversity and inclusion is essential, and prior experience with structured interviews is desirable.
Qualifications
- HE teaching experience and strong understanding of academic standards.
- Sensitive to diverse applicant backgrounds.
- Desirable: experience with structured interviews and UK HE admissions.
Responsabilités
- Conduct structured online ISMs for Business applicants.
- Assess academic/professional backgrounds, subject knowledge, and preparedness.
- Explore applicants’ motivation, learning approaches, and career goals.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations and complete ISM reports.
- Identify and communicate any support needs.
