We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tutor/Assessor to lead on the Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND pathway. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with awarding body standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous professional development.
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Experience teaching or supporting learners with SEND.
- Strong communication, organisational, and assessment skills.
- Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent).
- Experience in apprenticeships or specialist SEND settings.
