The Role

We are recruiting for a Maths Tutor to deliver engaging and effective Functional Skills and GCSE Maths lessons. This role involves supporting learners to achieve their full potential in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. If you are a passionate educator with strong classroom skills, we d love to hear from you.

Duties

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to learners needs.
• Assess progress and provide personalised feedback to support achievement.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support learners with additional needs and barriers to learning.
• Track learner progress and implement interventions when needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
• Adhere to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.
