Summary

Brighton MET College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our fantastic Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor. This full-time permanent position involves providing pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly tutorial sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing targeted support to students aged 16-19 to ensure they achieve their full potential at college.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of students' support needs.
  • Setting and working towards targets, managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Experience supporting students in a similar age range.
  • High motivation and effective time management skills.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
