Trainee Maintenance Engineer — £35,000 - £45,000+ Bonus + Training & Development

Maidstone (Commutable from: Staplehurst, Tonbridge, Ashford, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Cranbrook, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas)

Do you have Maintenance or Engineering experience, looking to join a leading company willing to provide full Electrical, Mechanical and PLC training to maximise your technical ability?

This company is known for its strong team culture, commitment to staff wellbeing, and consistent investment in its people. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support planned and reactive maintenance across their site.

In this Mon-Fri, days-based role you\'ll be fault-finding and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. You\'ll also carry out regular preventative maintenance, support on-site services, and play a key part in continuous improvement initiatives.

This would suit an Engineer from a Manufacturing background, looking to join a well-established offering training, overtime and excellent benefits.

• Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across production site
• Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
• Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with safety regulations

• Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering experience
• Looking for technical progression through on-going training
• Commutable to Staplehurst
