Job summary
A recruitment agency in Bedford is seeking a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound leads, building a sales pipeline, and closing sales. - Continuously build and update the sales pipeline.
- Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Obtain renewal dates of prospects tied to contracts with competitors.
- Conduct outbound cold calling and business-to-business communications, which may include generating appointments and leads for our sales teams.
- Prospect for new business, including participation in strategic marketing campaigns.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate the company's services to prospective clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- At least secondary-level education (depending on country-specific levels).
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or new business sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Ability to analyse sales results and customer information.
- Advanced planning skills to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems or similar tools.
- Basic to intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
