A housing management organization in St. Austell seeks a motivated Housing Officer to manage temporary accommodations and conduct property inspections. The role includes liaising with tenants, managing tenancy issues, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Candidates should have experience in property management and excellent communication skills. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, volunteering leave, and a company car.
Annual salary: up to £26,313.63
Housing Officer
Location: St Austell – required travel around Cornwall
Salary: £27,957.53 per annum, plus company car
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
We are seeking a motivated and organised Housing Officer to join our Housing Management team. You will be responsible for overseeing a range of temporary accommodation, carry out property inspections, identifying and reporting repairs, assisting with tenancy issues, managing signups and check outs, and administration tasks.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
