Technical Surveyor needed in Westminster

This is a temporary contract paying £239.31 per day PAYE

The reference number is: RQ1676146

The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple housing-related projects, from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Housing Assets, Investments, and Standards directorate.

They will prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring all project milestones, timelines, and budgets are tracked and met and will work closely with internal stakeholders, to commercially (financial) challenge Client Briefs / specifications to ensure they comprehensively fulfil the investment needs for any properties within the Investment Programme and in doing so minimising variations and any inefficiency for Service Providers.
