Temp Production Operative — Fast-Paced Manufacturing (6 Months)
Job summary
A timber product manufacturer in New Holland seeks Production Operatives for a temporary six-month role starting mid-February. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, operating machinery, and performing housekeeping duties. Ideal candidates will have production experience, a forklift license, and basic numeracy and English skills. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Forklift or counterbalance licence is a plus.
- Basic numeracy and proficiency in English skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Work under the instruction of the Machinist and Shift Supervisor.
- Process customer orders, skidding and stacking packs.
- Conduct daily housekeeping duties and report maintenance issues.
- Operate machinery if trained and support during busy periods.
