A reputable recruitment agency is seeking Class 2 Refuse Drivers for a client in Oxford. This temporary to permanent role offers immediate starts for the right candidate. The position involves working in a team to meet the service department's demands, loading vehicles, and ensuring high service standards. The ideal applicant will possess a full UK licence with Class C entitlement, a Digital Tachograph card, and Drivers CPC. Standard pay is £18.02 per hour, with working hours from 5:45am to 3:30pm, Tuesday to Friday.

Job description

We’re on the lookout for Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join our well‑established client based in Oxford on their Refuse team on a temporary to permanent basis (for the right candidate), with immediate starts.

About the role

As Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for helping with all aspects of the service department’s needs, working in a team to maintain a high standard.

About You

Hold a full UK licence with a Class C entitlement along with a Digital Tachograph card and Drivers CPC, be happy to load vehicles and complete work of a physical nature.

Please also be advised that sometimes you may not be required to drive while on your shift, but work in a loaders capacity.

The details

Driving a Class 2 Refuse Lorry, (please note that you will also be required to load the vehicle).

Working Hours

Hours are 5:45am to 3:30pm finish (the client will advise on shifts) Tuesday to Friday. (4 days per week).

Standard Pay rate of £18.02 per hour.
