Job summary
A reputable staffing agency in Walsall is seeking a cleaner for an immediate start. The role requires experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, corridors, and restrooms to a high standard, maintaining hygiene, and following health and safety procedures. This is a temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidate, offering part-time hours from Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 18:00.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Must demonstrate reliability and have a strong work ethic.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required.
Responsibilities
- Clean classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, polish floors, and empty bins.
- Wipe and sanitise surfaces and restock washroom supplies.
- Dust furniture and maintain hygiene throughout the site.
- Use cleaning equipment safely and follow health & safety procedures.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
