We are hiring for a Production Support Technician for our Operations department. The Production Support Technician will play a valuable role supporting the RMA and wider Cameras team. The role will involve the troubleshooting and repair of complex hardware faults on both new and returned products (RMA). You will be the first line support diagnosing and resolving issues for production and RMA products escalating and liaising with engineering and/or other support functions when necessary.
HNC/HND level or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience in a high-tech production environment OR 5 years relevant experience in a high-tech production environment
