VANRATH is delighted to assist a leading Broadband company with the recruitment of a Telecoms Field Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that currently has over 35 reps on the road.

Shifts are held from Monday to Saturday (rota basis). The candidate can live anywhere in Northern Ireland; there are four territories. A company car and fuel card will be provided.

5pm-8pm is the peak selling time, so you may work until 8pm some evenings.

£40,000 OTE (£26,475 base salary + monthly bonus). There is no limit to the bonus for driven individuals aiming to earn more than the OTE. A full breakdown is provided. Benefits include a fantastic bonus KPI system, company vehicle, fuel card, and more. Full training will be provided.

• North coast area down to Ballymena
• Fermanagh/Tyrone
• Armagh and south of Armagh to the border
• Greater Belfast area to Ards Peninsula

• This is a door-to-door field sales role, visiting customers' homes across NI to sell our products.
• Answer questions about product features and benefits.
• Drive sales to achieve targets while maintaining professionalism and building rapport with customers.
• Liaise with the internal delivery team and partners to feedback customer concerns and relevant local information.
• Represent the company throughout Northern Ireland as the network expands and develops.

• Experience in field sales, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales.
• Comfortable interacting with potential customers and adapting your approach to maximize sales conversion.
• Confident in handling objections and tenacious in pursuit of targets.
• Driven and ambitious, with a desire to exceed goals.
• Hunger to earn; some staff earn well over double the base salary.
