Service Delivery Manager – Waste Services

We are looking for an experienced waste management professional (Service Delivery Manager) to help shape the future delivery of the waste & recycling services of our client.

The Service Delivery Manager will manage and develop the in‑house operational services, leading a team of 150 staff within our refuse and recycling collection service – putting our residents and customers at the heart of our services.

If you have excellent demonstrable leadership skills, extensive experience of the waste industry, and relish the challenge of implementing operational efficiencies & maximising productivity whilst delivering a quality public service - then we would love to hear from you.

The Service Delivery Manager will be commercially minded, politically aware and able to demonstrate significant operational management experience.
