This role involves driving full-stack development and designing scalable architectures while championing AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, NestJS, React, and MongoDB. The firm offers a competitive salary ranging from $150K to $190K based on experience, emphasizing a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Advanced full-stack expertise with Python, NestJS, React, and MongoDB.
- Experience designing GraphQL APIs and scalable architectures.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor).
- Strong technical judgment and architectural decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of 5–7 engineers.
- Driving full-stack development across backend and frontend systems.
- Designing scalable services, APIs, and data models.
- Shaping UI/UX implementations using a component-driven design system.
- Establishing engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Championing AI-assisted development workflows across the team.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to plan roadmaps and delivery timelines.
