The position sits in a highly experienced team with access to a significant balance sheet, offering the chance to work on high‑impact transactions without the deal‑to‑deal pressures found on the reinsurance side.
The roleThe Senior Structuring Manager will help lead the execution of funded reinsurance arrangements and longevity swap novations, working closely with BPA Deals, CIO, Finance, Risk, Tax and Reinsurance Operations. The remit includes shaping reinsurance frameworks, supporting counterparty approvals, and taking ownership of legal documentation – an area where actuarial expertise combined with contract fluency is particularly valued.
