A healthcare service provider in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking an individual to join their ADHD service team. This role involves delivering high-quality assessments and treatments for children and young people with ADHD. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, experience in health care, and enjoy teamwork. This position supports flexible working arrangements and values diversity and inclusion. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the ADHD service. To take a role in the delivery of high quality service provision that promotes and improves the well‑being of children and young people. Working within a systemic and holistic framework you will support the Multi-Disciplinary Team in undertaking needs‑led, evidence‑based assessments and treatment with children and young people, their families and carers referred for ADHD assessments.
We are looking for a suitable individual with experience working in health care settings and a genuine interest and desire of working with this client group. You should have good verbal and written communication skills, enjoy working in a busy multi‑disciplinary team. The successful applicant will be able to co‑work effectively with colleagues, supporting assessments and treatments.
A means of transport is essential as the successful candidate would be expected to provide some clinics in Kendal and applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
