Type: Permanent | Hours: Full-Time (40 hours 1FTE)

Location: 3-5 Fashion Street, London, E1 6PX

About the role

Ready to make an impact or looking for a meaningful career change? Lead and inspire students on our dynamic Hairdressing course at the London College of Beauty Therapy. We're seeking passionate and experienced professionals with expertise in Hairdressing to inspire and shape the next generation of industry talent. As a Lecturer in Hairdressing, you'll deliver innovative teaching, combining practical learning with key theories to drive exceptional student outcomes. You'll lead by example, developing high standards, challenging and supporting our students on their educational journey.

About you
  • Qualifications: Level 2 and Level 3 Qualification in Hairdressing. Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
  • Experience: Strong industry experience within Hairdressing and teaching experience in an educational setting (ideally Post-16).
  • Expertise: Outstanding current knowledge of all Hairdressing areas, health & safety, and the beauty industry.
  • Passion: Creative, enthusiastic, and driven, with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a dedication to a career in teaching.
