A professional membership body in Leeds is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and maintain an internal developer platform. The role involves strong proficiency with cloud platforms, ideally Azure, and experience with Infrastructure as Code. This position is pivotal for enhancing software delivery systems within the newly formed Infrastructure & Operations department, with a salary of £65k - £75k, requiring onsite presence once a month.
Formación
- Proven experience with Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling essential.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and maintain an internal developer platform.
- Support the business's software delivery systems.
- Enable the development team to build and test changes.
Conocimientos
Platform Engineer — £65k - £75k | Leeds - onsite visits 1x per month. We are representing a professional membership body that provides legal support within the healthcare sector. The client are embarking on a period of change and process improvement, and are looking for a Platform Engineer to sit in their newly formed Infrastructure & Operations department.
- Design, build, and maintain an internal developer platform that aids the business's software delivery systems to run smoothly, and enables the development team to build, test, and iterate on changes.
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms - Azure preferred
- Extensive knowledge of IaC
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling
- Experience with platform integrations
