We're looking for a Systems Engineer to join our growing team at Hillview House, Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment alongside a large onshore and offshore team. As a Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for monitoring core IT systems and customer-specific infrastructure, providing first-line support for Windows Server platforms across both on-premises and cloud environments. Our team operates 24/7, including bank holidays, to ensure critical services remain available.
You will deliver round-the-clock support for our managed IT infrastructure, working on a rotating shift pattern that includes both days and nights. Generous rest periods and a shift allowance are included.

Mainly, you'll be the point of contact when it comes to windows issues, as well as dealing with Cloud (Azure) and Virtualization (VMWare). Full training will be given.
